Recovering
I am back on the internet after a week with no router. Phone guys said no problem when we disconnected our second line (fax line we don't use any more). Well it took a week for the repair guy and after he fixed the problem he said they should have sent someone out when they disconnected it. Of course that is what we told them but oh no, we know better and we can do it all from the main area. Man I hate phone companies.
Anyway I am starting to recover slowly. ![Smile](https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_smile.gif)

Re: Recovering
"Let's do whatever is easiest and gets you off the phone quickest" is so often the standard approach to customer service.
Welcome back.
