Scary Plant Empty Scary Plant

We got this plant from our neighbor. They evidently brought one back from Panama. We were using it as an indoor plant until this fall when we felt it was really not a good idea. Those little things on the leaves drop off and start new plants. It looks like it could get quite invasive. We put it outside to freeze. Well it has been down to -8 besides below freezing several times the past two weeks and it looks unfazed. Maybe a blow torch. Cool

Very unusual plant. Sort of "alien" as many tropicals can seem.

This plant certainly looks like a Kalanchoe - possibly K. daigremontiana = Mother of thousands, Mexican hat plant, etc.

Thanks for the info on the plant, that's exactly what it is. I think it finally died, all slumped over ths morning with all the little babies on the concrete.
