can anyone guide me to the true region for dallas-ft worth, tx region. I can find the Houston, San Antonio and west of Dallas area, but not the region that include DFW.

Thank
Austin-a young grasshopper lost in the big regions of the SFG forum.

Who really cares, but I'll be glad to claim you. All of us Jump around as topics relate to our interests. I'm located so near the middle south region that I follow and post there a lot, but the map puts me into the lower south.

Dallas is in 8A and FW is on the edge of 7B.  Also take into account terrain and development micro-climates

Thanks for walshevak for letting me know I don't have to fit into a box and for claiming me.…Very Happy
Sandeson, thank you for the map that Boffer put together. Awesome!
It's looks like I'm at the edge/beginning of the  middle and lower south region for the DFW area.
I kept wandering if I was breaking the rules not posting inclusively in my region, but Walshevak addressed that concern. I now free as a plant bird ( if there's such a thing). I just saw the posting for saying hi to people in dfw. I posted there a while back, but forgot about it.
it just nice to talk and maybe physically meet other gardener that have the same dreams, goals and funny ideas to share.
