I have some Dr. Bronners peppermint castile soap...been using it camping for year for a few decades.  From what I've been reading, 1 tablespoon in a typical spray bottle of water.

Anyway, after a trip to the community garden I felt a bit better...plenty of green tomatoes coming on and picked about 80 really nice Health Kick tomatoes (roma-type)...and even though the cuke plants look a little rough, I think I can save them...they're even starting to crank out some decent cucumbers.  Picked around 2 gal of nice green beans.

yesterday evening I sprayed the underside of every cucumber leaf...hopefully enough to snuff out the mites.  For the green beans I basically sprayed the leaves with a hose end sprayer enough to get the undersides as wet as possible...they plants get heavy and bend over...but they perk up within a few hours.

This is certainly an example of when a photo is worth at least 150 words! Thank you CC, for posting the photo of the version Miracle Grow produced to go with their fertilizer. I have a Chameleon and a Hudson. I have trouble figuring out how much of something to put in. I wish they had better instructions with examples.

But, I just fill it up with 2% milk for follier insect control and powdery mildew, a packet of non-fat dry milk and fill with water to the top marker for soil calcium spray, maybe 1/4 cup of Dr. Bronner's peppermint spray and fill with water for insects or leaf cleaning of trees and shrubs (or pollution and dust does a job around here) and 1/4 cup of Neem oil, few drops of Dawn, and top with water for fungal control on the front law (husband's idea) and full jar of well strained compost tea for veggies and soil. When I say well strained, it's because I added some blood meal to the compost tea for the front lawn and the little granules kept clogging the uptake tube. I clean and flush well after each use.
