Re: New Bed Bed
Yay for your hubby! And glad to hear you have help making the mix.
Sorry to hear things are not going well with the MS. Pacing yourself is a challenge, I know. My husband gets upset with me when I forget to pace myself and go back to the old push-crash cycle. Hope the doctors can find a new way to help you keep going strong.

Cindi ~ can't wait to see your bed bed planted. You DO have a darling husband. And God bless you for not letting your health get you down! You are an inspiration in so many ways! That being said.....Don't overdo!

Beds need decorating
Hubby decided my bed needed some gnomes. I have several of them. He found some small ones and the bed had to be decorated The veggies don't get decorations!

LOL Around here my guys would be putting little frog figures in the garden for decoration. I have no gnomes.

Re: New Bed Bed
CindyLou wonderful bed bed and all your other beds! I noticed the curving butterfly decoration in the background almost instantly because butterflies around here have a special meaning! I love getting garden decorations also! My birthday is in March and Mother's Day is after that so that is usually my request, garden decorations and gift certificates for plants! Keep the easy does it and I hope that your news will just be something minor!
Givvmisstamps you pace yourself also!
Walshevak I can identify with your g-son not wanting to plant, that's funny "it's hard"! But you want to share with them and leave memories and legacy! He will probably enjoy it later. I have 8 grandkids and some soon to be grandkids and have been initiating them in the garden. One five year old of the "soon to bes" just jumps right in and will help pull weeds and plant. She tries to get ahead of herself some but its cute. I have three out of the four growing a plant each. The last hasn't been over yet but I will get my hands on him, lol. All the grand kids think it's great to go collect the eggs from our chickens!
Good advice CCgirl!
Isn't gardening therapeutic! There are some days where it is hard to get going (fibromyalgia) but if I get myself out to my garden for even a bit, I feel better!

Re: New Bed Bed
Tricia, butterflies are special to me. I had a nasty childhood, butterflies were something that couldn't be taken away. To me they symbolize nastiness changing to something beautiful.
One of my babies get me something for Mother's Day every year that has a butterfly theme. This year my youngest found a garden chair at the store she works at in the shape of a butterfly.
For decades I have worn something butterfly, a ring - earrings- pin, something. If I realized I didn't have one on I was panicky till I did. I have a beautiful butterfly tattoo I designed on the back of my neck. Now I am never without the symbol of my Lady watching over me.
