Solution for Bean Overgrowth
My green beans have been growing so vigorously that they cascaded over the top of the trellis. It was getting very bushy at the top and it was getting very hard to harvest. So before they became hopelessly tangled, I added on an over head trellis and directed the vines onto it. Here is a picture of the beans before:
And here is the overhead part added.
The trellis goes over a 3' wide path... here are a few more pictures at different angles. Who knew beans could get so huge!

Nice! My beans are doing that too. A bit too late to do much, though... they are growing over whatever they like at this point.
