Canned some Spice Green Beans today. These are a great salad topping in the winter months.

We used a recipe we found on-line. The only thing we did different is that we snapped the beans first, and blanched them before adding them to the jars. The ingredients are the same, though, and the processing was the same. We have so many beans this year, that we are finding all kinds of ways to preserve them.
