Heresy?

I think I'm forced to commit SFG heresy soon.

I've had terrible back pain for 6 weeks now, and can barely function. Occasionally, I can bend down enough to pluck a weed or something similar. On an exceptional day, loaded with meds, I MAY be able to plant a few seeds. Surgery is forthcoming.

I'm contemplating just tossing some lettuce and other green seeds into an empty bed or two. Possibly some carrot seeds, as well.

Thoughts?

Go for it. That's not heresy; it's self-preservation. Back pain can be most miserable. I hope it improves for you very soon.

At least you're gardening and are not allowing it to steal all your seasonal fun.

Right before and after my hip surgery that's exactly what I did, broadcast seeds and planted starts willy-nilly throughout my boxes. I feel fortunate to have what I have now. Do it.

That's exactly what I did with more carrots and lettuce after my ONE day of organized SFG for Carrot Week. We do what we can, when we can, and that is all we can do! okay

To paraphrase an old friend, "Do what you can & leave the rest." It'll be there when you're back up & running.

I feel for You, as a Old construction worker a wise man ( A chiropractor ) once told me "If your head was to be used to carry stuff it would be flat on top". A little each day, and get well.

I'm nearly at the end of the road! I'm trying to get an ECG appointment, which my cardiologist insists I have prior to Friday's surgery.

They require a referral, in order for him to sign off on the surgery, which is scheduled for THIS FRIDAY. If I don't get that ECG and approval in time, I'm not sure what I'll do. That would the procedure for a week or two.

Can anyone think of a viable strategy?

e surgery about one to two weeI don't like screaming and shrieking every few seconds of minute.

Just thought I'd share. Perhaps someone has a suggestion. If
