Cheddar cauliflower bursts out of it's leafy prison!
My cheddar cauliflower made a spectacular appearance. I swear yesterday it didn't even have a head!
Can anyone tell me if it's like broccoli in that one can cut off the main 'fruit', and little ones will grow up around it?

Plantoid will have to break in here to verify, but I think you can harvest it, then cut an X in the flat stump to divide it into 4 separate little stumps, each of which can put out a small sprout. I think he did this with cabbages - another cole crop.

Cauliflowers do not produce side shoots like broccoli does.
In order to keep that beautiful color, now is the time to read up on how to blanch cauliflower on the stalk.
