Aphids and black bugs

I am brand new to this SFG and have my first plants coming up. My bush bean leaves are getting brown and wilted on the ends, looking ill. There are aphids flying around as well as a small black bug. What should I spray/put on my plants to protect them and that is not toxic?

Homemade insecticidal soap. And a spray of water. Post a photo when you can.
