We transplanted tomatoes and planted some seeds about 5 days ago, and lo and behold, this morning when I went to water where the seeds were planted, a few green leaves sprouting up out of the mulch! I was afraid nothing would come up because my cat keeps hanging out in the garden. Hopefully more will start making their way up as well. Very Happy

Baby bok choy, arugula, some lettuces and some collards (I think, or another lettuce). I haven't planted the radishes yet. These are all greens of some kind or another. Very Happy

I wasn't sure if it was too late to plant greens here. I know a lot of people grow them in the winter because it's so mild, generally speaking. But, I thought I would try anyway, because I eat a lot of salad and I love greens.
