I've included a link, but acid loving plants are different and may or not be needing a boost. From experience, sw. potatoes love the acidity, but do not do good with added fertilizer. For added acid, coffee and/or grounds, chopped up pine needles, pine cones, or limbs(the green paarts) chopped up or used as mulch.
Heavy Feeders: celery, melons, tomatoes, corn, peppers, cucumbers, pumpkins, eggplant, squash

I checked the link and they are heavy feeders but it doesn't specify coffee grounds for cucumbersbut perhaps I am reading it wrong........
The tomatoes really like the coffee for the acid they need. Cukes could handle it, if putting to get some bugs, but cukes will grow well in mm, they like the heat more, and will grow faster if you don't get cool nights. They like it hot, day and night.
