I don't want to rain on anybody's parade, but I also want you to have a successful season and not get discouraged. That is a very extensive list for only one 4x4. Although some is for early season and you can replant the squares for a summer crop you may not get enough from the one or two plants you could accomodate in the box. Corn alone takes 4 squares together to get good gemination. Just saying. Although you can get a lot more out of one box than most people can imagine.
Have you read the ALL NEW SQUAREFOOT GARDENS book? Not only does it outline the method, but it has suggested plantings and spacing.

Ladyblu72, and to the forum.
The majority of the plants on your list are on mine, too! I agree with Kay, that's quite a long list for a 4' x 4' box. I also urge you to read "All New Square Foot Gardening" by Mel Bartholomew, if you haven't already. It contains a wealth of gardening knowledge and tips, and is easy reading.

If you want to try corn in your garden, I'd suggest making one box just for it.
