Just got back from dinner to watch the NY ball drop. Now time for 2 rental movies until our midnight.
Did any one see the Dubai fireworks this late morning? I saw it on FOX News - going for the Guinness Record for largest display. Just way too much $$ over there!

Oh yes! Dr. Fuhrman gave all foods a nutrient density score. It relates to nutrients per calories. The higher the number the more nutrients per the same amount of calories as other foods. His formula: Health = Nutrients / Calories (H=N/C)sanderson wrote:CC, Do you know what the numbers after each group means?

It's called an ANDI score and it's used by Whole Foods markets as a marketing angle.
