Hello from Missouri
Hi! My husband and I were married June '09 and were going to have our first garden last summer (had our grids made and were ready to fill with Mel's Mix); however, my job as a music teacher was cut and we were forced to relocate. We were both fortunate to find teaching positions within a half hour of each other and have purchased our first home.
We built two 4x4x8 boxes and plan on building a potato tower as well.
We plan on planting tomatoes, peppers, onions, green onions, cilantro, potatoes, green beans, carrots, cucumbers, petunias, marigolds, etc. (whatever we can fit...I don't have my plan mapped out yet).
Can't wait to get started!

Re: Hello from Missouri
Welcome! I'm anders217's daughter, and I live in Austin, TX. I grew up on the farm in SEMO until I went to college, so I still have a lot of affinity for the Show Me State. Nice to meet you.
I'm just getting started in SFG myself, so I don't have a lot to add in the way of advice. Good luck, though, and be sure to ask lots of questions if you have any.
