Mixed Greens Chowder Empty Mixed Greens Chowder

This is a link to my MIL's favorite soup, Mixed Greens Chowder. The recipe was published in Southern Living several years ago. It makes a huge pot of chowder but I always cut the amounts in half.

It calls for collard, mustard, and turnip greens, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, garlic, and bacon.

this looks lovely! i have a ton of swiss chard in my garden and i have mostof the other ingredients either in my freezer or in my basement storage area..

i think i'll put it on the menu for next week! Smile
