Eggplant Questions
I have finally been successful getting my engplant to grow and bear fruit. My questions....
How do I know when they are ready to harvest? I know that garden grown eggplant will not get as big as the eggplant you see in the grocery.
Do I thin the fruit to get larger ones, like watermelon and pumpkin? There are more than three eggplant on one plant.

Re: Eggplant Questions
That was a very good link camprn. Thank you!
I have a question that wasn't covered in that link though. I know that Eggplants are wind pollinated, not insect pollinated. Would it be worth it to try and pollinate the flowers manually? Or should I just leave it to pollinate on it's own? I have one flower so far on my eggplant with a couple more starting to form and I really want a nice healthy fruit from it.
