Spraying for late blight and fungi

Is anyone doing a regular spraying routine on tomatoes for blights and all the various fungi? How often?

What do you use? Any experience with Neem Oil? I want to stay with something organic if possible. I am interested in avoiding the problems last year with late blight.

Since my SFG is only on it's second year of planting, I haven't thought about spraying for fungus or blight -- except for powdery mildew. This year I bought some Mildew Cure from Johnny's Seeds and am ready for it!

My tomato plants last year were very healthy and stayed pretty much green up until frost time. I think too that the occurrence of blights/fungus is somewhat weather dependent, how you water and where you plant. I am careful to not let the soil splash up on the plant when I water. I have planted tomatoes in the same squares as last year, but we totally replaced the Mel's Mix in those squares. Rotating is kind of hard when there is only one North side on your box! We'll see how it goes for this year, but so far the tomatoes look fine.

I'm interested to hear from other as well about this. Great topic!

I was going to try baking soda spray as a preventative... and maybe chive spray too, as I have more chives than I know what to do with. Has anyone tried either of these?

I'll have to look up the brand of fungicide I'm using. I opted to use one for the first time this year. I'm applying it to select plants every 4-5 days. We've had a short, wet & cool spring here in Texas and then jumped into what's feeling like a very hot and dry summer. Some of my tomatoes are having a tough time. I think I may be loosing 4 of them, but they're growing in Earth Boxes - not my SFG.

I am not sure if what I see in my garden is late blight or not.

It is in Ky. according to a University of Kentucky plant pathologist (forwarded by my county agent)
