Since this is my first time in the garden I don't know what plants need to be staked or not. I now know peppers should be but what about eggplant? Do eggplants have strong stems for their fruit? What do you think?

thanks

I am not sure what the recommendation is, but I'll be staking my eggplant. Considering how heavy the fruit can be, I think support may be a good idea.

I put a plant support up around my eggplant. I agree with Wyldflower, I didn't want to take the chance.
