National Kale Day
Tomorrow, October 6th, is National Kale Day, celebrating kale’s incredible health benefits, highlighting kale’s culinary versatility, and promoting eating, growing and sharing kale throughout North America. National Kale Day is celebrated every year on the first Wednesday of October.
What are your favorite ways to enjoy Kale? Raw in salads? Casseroles? Sauteed? Other?

Re: National Kale Day
I know a lot of folks like kale, but I have finally quit growing it as I don't care for it. Now Swiss chard, love it.

I love Swiss Chard, too, but also like Kale. One of my favorite recipes for Kale is Zuppa Toscanna Soup - each crockpot of the soup uses 4 cups of chopped Kale.
