These are just a guess I'm not sure what will be a good arrangement.

York, looks good, but is it too late (hot) for you to be starting spinach and lettuces? They tend to be cool weather crops, and in your zone, you might want to fill those squares with another heat lover and plant your salad leaves later....or find a warm season variety? Your regional members can help you there!

Nice box but I wonder if 3 deep against a fence with right angle trellis's will be easy to work with? I don't know but I'm sure there are those on the forum that have experience with that and can chime in.

What do you use to water with?

I'm going to give it a try anyway. I think I can keep it shaded enough to help.

I may only trellis on back wall and use Cone trellis on the right hand side.

Next weekend I am going to set up a soaker hose. Do you have any easy recommendations or ideas to set up differently?

Not really.  Can you walk between the box and the fence?  Otherwise how do you plant that back row?  Can you reach that far OK without stepping in it?   That's the only thing I would need, being a rickety old lady and all.

Cannot walk between the fence and box. But I can reach in and get to the other side

Couple things worth looking into.  Okra is probably going to be taller than the pepper behind the Okra and may shade the pepper.  The 4th of July tomato is probably going to be taller than the pepper and may shade the pepper.  Is that a bush or vine Zuke.  If it is a bush it won't fit in 1 sq ft.

I'm late to replying. I would do the following:
1. Put the tall vining cucumbers and cantaloupe in the back so they can trellis up. Okra gets tall (about 1-2 fruit ripen per day) so I would put them in the back. Any tall tomatoes in the back.
2. Shorties like peppers in the front.
3. Zucchini in one of the front corners so it can fall over. The leaves can cover 3 x 3 squares. Some folks have a separate box for summer squash.
4. Onions in the fall.
5. Try New Zealand spinach, it can survive light frosts and hot summers. Sort of perennial.

There are several threads on drip irrigation and soaker hoses - check the search box.

The small space between the fence and the back of the box can be a bear to weed. Maybe consider putting a strip of weed fabric and a think layer of mulch to keep the weeds at bay. Do keep us updated on your garden. We love photos.

Make it plastic if possible. Something to kill any grass/weeds that try to pop up in that space.

Can't wait to see pictures along the way. That is going to be quite nice.

I can attest to the zukes taking over...their leaves get enormous. Mine were designated 2 squares and I was able to train them to grow over the end.
