A number of years ago at Lowes, I picked up a 6 x6 foot plastic cover on one side and soft material on the other.
It fold very nicely, and cleans up beautifully. I use it in the back of my (wife's) Toyota  (venza wagon).
We can place plants, dripping stuff, etc on the plastic side and it will clean up.
The 6 x6 size is a perfect size for auto's.
I also completely coat the vehicle with mucho covers before hauling horse manure, etc.
This auto is all we have so I need to make do, I just try to do things like this when she's out playing cards somewhere...

Bumping for new members,

Locating new beds near trees or shrubs, or in areas with quack grass and other noxious weeds, even durable weed fabric will not keep out their roots. Consider elevating the beds off the ground. It doesn't take a large air space to work, even a couple of inches will work under most circumstances.
