Good book for us Georgians
I've had some down time as of late. My wife checked out a great library book for me to read: Guide to Georgia Vegetable Gardening by Walter Reeves and Felder Rushing. I've really enjoyed reading it for specifics about growing in our state.

TOO Funny!! I pulled my copy out last night! (Great minds think alike!)
I've known Walter since I was a kid. I trust his advice.
My only complaint about the book is that he still concentrates on row-type gardening & non-organic fertilizers.

I agree with you about the row gardening and his advocacy of 10-10-10 fertilizer. However, the other nuggets of knowledge are very helpful. You've known him since you were a kid?! Wow!

Yeah... I won't say how old I'll be tomorrow. That'll give you some indication of his age. And he certainly doesn't look it!
Great guy!
