Re-introduction of sorts from Vancouver, WA
This is my re-introduction of sorts. I had originally joined the forum while in Vancouver, Washington. Then, as they say, "Life happens" and I moved to Salt Lake City, UT where I was defeated at every turn, so after about one year, I moved back to Vancouver three weeks ago, and the really cool part is, I got my original house (a rental) back.
Cool because, prior to moving I had just built six 4x4 SFG boxes that I never planted. Now returning, my landlord said none of the previous tenants used them and since there were only a few small weeds to remove from the Mel's mix, I have to believe her. I started 27 different kinds of veggies on a heat mat and under lights a few days ago. And, the lil fellas must like their conditions because within 48 hours, I already had seeds popping up to greet me. They'll be transplanted into Peat pots this weekend, then into the garden sometime in April.
So, a big SFG Hello to all, and here's to the best year ever!!

Welcome back!
Getting your SFG boxes back is really cool! Not too many people get to experience an 'instant garden' that size.

Well that's a nice bunch of square feet to be able to come back to! How wonderful you can get started right away. I only recently joined the forum, but can still say welcome back!

What wonderful luck, EatYourVeggies. I remember you so welcome back and better luck in your "new" SFG. Your precious work is being rewarded.
Now if any of the former tenants had been interested in sFG you may have lost them. They do not realize what the missed. If I had moved into your place I would have been over the moon.
