Any luck with spinach transplants?
I haven't had much luck starting spinach indoor and then transplanting it out to the SFG. Has anyone done this successfully? If so what zone are you in and what type of spinach seeds did you use? What method and medium did you use to start them?

Re: Any luck with spinach transplants?
CC I have transplanted spinach from store bought potting soil into larger containers ( guessing about 2 cups of MM). I was going to put them in my new greenhouse this weekend but we had snow and 8 degrees this morning. Warmer weather next week so I will put them into the greenhouse Thursday or so. The transplants are all thriving in the MM. They have put out several leaves and appear to be growing nicely. The spinach is Charger F1 organic from Seeds of change. It is supposed to be very hardy.
