GG you may not be quite" the basket case " you think you are wrt compost .
It comes to mind that about six years ago , I read of some serious research article reported in The Times newspaper that stated a strong link with the bacteria and fungi found in productive soil has a proved beneficial effect to humans when taken in though the skin on our hands .
Apparently it's something to do with our natural genetic modifications from amoeba to current human development. When we encounter these bacteria and fungi effects our brains becomes less stressed and they also produces lots of calming serotonins that help neutralize harmful cortisol.
I'm just hoping that it wasn't April the first when the newspaper & the article were published

After the day I've had, the stress is out the roof, so, if it wasn't very dark outside, I might try climbing in my good ole compost bin, but, I'm not up for an experiment that might bring the looney bin a little to close!
