If somebody knows why these two taters look like this, please share! So far the rest are all normal looking

Which is why I eat these first before the skin has a chance to cure and harden. Just a hard scrubbing and maybe some light scraping is all you need.Goosegirl wrote:Makes 'em hard to peel! I love those kinds of surprises in the garden!
