Mid-At: May 2013 - Rain Rain Go Away
Anyone else in the Mid-Atlantic Region getting inundated by rain?
Thank goodness for Mel's Mix - everything seems to be doing well with no signs of flooding.

I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle

Friday it hit where I am. Saturday I was driving to Delaware to visit family - they were getting it yesterday, so I imagine I got a fair amount more up in PA too! Now if only it would warm up at night! I've got the next row in my bed all ready for planting the tomatoes!

Oh boy did it rain! We got rain most of last week. Then Friday was warm and humid - 85 degrees. Friday night it rained. Saturday am until about 2:30 pm and then we were hit with a major thunderstorm and torrential rains! But the gardens are happier....

You have to love spring. No watering for a few days due to so much rain and now we have a freeze warning tonight. No big deal, just time to cover up my "youngsters" in the garden to keep them warm.
