Strawberry Problem Empty Strawberry Problem

I am seeing the leaves on my strawberry plants turning brown along the outer edges. The young leaves are okay to far, it seems to be only the bigger more mature leaves that are the problem. Any advise will be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Gunny, are the leaves that are turning dry and brown left over from last year?

The plant was purchased at wally world in Feb. I guesstimate that it is probably a year old.

It may just be that those leaves have reached the end of their cycle and just need be trimmed off. If you are not over water and because of your climate I do not suspect fungal trouble.
