Not sure about anyone else out there, but I have TONS of containers of pumpkin puree in my freezer and found this wonderful recipe today that calls for lots of pumpkin.
IT is a brownie on the bottom which is made with pumpkin puree and essentially pumpkin pie on top.
Not that I am vegan, but it is a vegan recipe. FYI

GWN, not sure what makes a 'vegan' recipe, but I did not get very many pumpkins last yr.I had all kinds of bugs on my vines. We got about 6 pies only. the brownie pie sounds yummy!

I think vegan means no eggs or milk.... no animal products.
SO they use almond milk instead of milk and coconut oil instead of butter.
