Ph level of peat moss?

I wasnt sure where to put this because it is not vermiculite nor compost. I am in Poland so things here are different. I am looking at Peat online and it is offered on one site with two different pH levels. 3.3-3.8 or 5.5-6.5....uh so which one should I buy.

Usually sphagnum peat runs in the acidic pH3-4 range. Most garden vegetables prefer a pH range of 5-7. Is there something else mixed in with the stuff with a pH of 5.5?
