My wife and I have begun our first serious SFG this spring with 2-4'x8', 2-4'x4' and 1-42"x42" bed built thus far. Our 42x42 had strawberries last year that produced sweet berries. we moved the bed 2 days ago to a place that gets several more hours of sunlight per day and should produce enough to put in the freezer, our kids took care of them last year by eating them. The soil temperature is getting to 75* during the day and down to 65* at night, i have a thermometer stuck in the bed. We have garlic emerging right now and are heading to the greenhouse to get tomatoes after we have breakfast, my wife does a great kale, egg and onion stir fry with minced garlic along with bacon and toast, kids love it and its low GI therefore stays with us awhile. Anyway, i've been reading forum several days and seems to be a wealth of information here and some nice people too. When more familiar with this i'll post some pics.

glad you\'re here brentnjune!

Sounds like you are off to a great start! Your wife's egg stir fry sounds wonderful! After you've been a member for 7 days, we would love to see your pictures! Smile
