Finally a greenhouse
Found this one at Menard's today for $80.
It is only 5x5 but big enough for me to do my babies this spring.
We are making a greenhouse out of a carport frame this summer. But to much to do to get it done yesterday!
And this fall I can set it over a 4x4 and extend my season!
Win Win either way lol...

Seeing this sort of things makes me wish I didn't live where I do. I just don't have the space for it in the back of my house and the HOA would choke on their breakfast of prune juice and geritol if they saw that at the side of the house.

Very nice. He probably looks like a caged animal.
I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle

It is just beautiful!!! With a set of shelves going all the way up on one of the sides you would have tons of room to do what you want I think. I love looking at folks places, my family is so use to me pointing out gardens. I would definitely point that pretty greenhouse out to them. I cant wait to see the kidlets in that one It is going to be a scorcher in there with it being 75 F. !! I cant go in mine when its that hot. Its over a 100f.

Re: Finally a greenhouse
Hi.
I didn't use it over the winter after all. Hubby built me a coldframe cover for one of my beds. He decided that the greenhouse would not last long if it was used all year. He is such a smart man (and I get so many little extras letting him think he is )
Here if you want to see how that went. Was going to do some planting in it this weekend. But raining.
I got to love Iowa weather! We had 12+ snow on the ground last weekend. This weekend thunderstorms

Re: Finally a greenhouse
Cindi.....It looks like the top opens pretty much completely so it should work well for you for starting seeds and getting seedlings off to a good start. I hope you get more use from it this year.
