Sun lights vs greenhouse

This is my first time in the north with a greenhouse.
There is much more light here than there was in Oregon where I was, but still overcast many days.
My greenhouse gets 100 percent of the light, as nothing blocking it.
I am growing several cold weather crops now and they have all germinated. Last year I used grow lights, but I do not have them this year.
Will there be enough light in the greenhouse to make up for the grow lights, or should I be installing grow lights in my greenhouse or is that crazy question.thanks
PS I am maintaining it between 2- 20 degrees celcius in the greenhouse with occasional use of heater, also water jug solar heaters. thanks
