Newbie tomato question

I am growing two different types of tomatoes, one is a roma grape tomato, which is doing pretty well. The other is an indeterminate. The indeterminates put out fruit, and they are just now slowly starting to turn red. I have one plant in another box with some pumpkin plants. It has some good fruit on it, but not showing a lot of signs of ripening. Is there anything I can do to help it along? I'm wondering if it may not be getting enough sunlight? And can I cut some of the leaves from the pumpkins (vining) to give the tomato plant more sun? Our nights are really cooling down now, last night was in the high 40s, and I'm a little concerned about that. Daytime temps are still in the 80s. Wonderful weather! Thanks!
