Did you hand-pollinate eggplant blooms?
I've lots of blooming healthy eggplants but are not producing. Is there have any such thing like male and female blooms for eggplants? How could I locate it? Do I need to pollinate it manually?

No male and female flowers for eggplant. They are pollinated by the wind like toms and peppers. You can help by gently flicking the flowers when you walk by.
