Yield per plant?
How do you know how much you will get from each plant? Such as tomato plants (just for example)--or peas, or green beans. I have no idea how many plants to put in, or how many squares shall I say, because I don't know what each will produce.
And just to be clear, when the book talks about being careful not to plant too many plants for each 2 week period of time for any given crop, so you don't have more come up than you can eat--when he says "plants" he means each "hole" where the seeds go in, or each little transplant in a hole...correct? He doesn't mean square when he says plant (singular). That was probably clear as mud

I don't have time right now to post a response to all of your questions but - Early Treat tomatoes by burpee - 100+ lbs of tomatoes per year, produces all season and are delicious....
