Pictures of a home farm connected to an orphanage in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. Not SFG, but adaptable for hot weather areas. Excess is sold to local resturants to help support the orphanage.

What interested me was the shade cloth over the lettuce and spinach and the fact that tomatos were being grown in a shadehouse.

Did you take these pictures in the Philippines recently? I like the shade covers. My dad, who lives there, grows tomatoes and a few other veggies. I don't think he has tried lettuce...
