I love learning about people all over the world. - Wonderful job there! - Curiously looked up "Moringa tree": and found it flourishes in subtropical areas, where malnutrition is most prevalent. Why is this Vital? - it's tiny leaves have
as much protein as eggs,
2x the protein of yogurt,
3x the potassium of bananas, plus the same of spinach,
4x the calcium of milk,
4x the vitamin A of carrots, &
7x the vitamin C of oranges: God has provided this gift, & people need to know.
I have a friend in South Africa, who I've tried to interest in gardening, and
I will suggest that they share this info with yet others to benefit from. - Here's more info: http://www.miracletrees.org/ The Moringa tree will grow in southern California. Fascinating! the helpful things we can learn to use.
