Flashing new message problem ?
I have the red flasher letting me know there is a new PM for me
Every time I try to access it I get an old email from Molly dated 30 May 2020. Is anyone else having similar problems ?

I have not had that problem, yet at least.

Re: Flashing new message problem ?
Yes, Plantoid, I had the same thing happen a couple of days ago.
Eeek! I thought I was in big trouble.

Have you managed to cure it or is it a creepy crawlie that's crept in & crapped on the carpet & needs to be cleaned up by HQ ?

Re: Flashing new message problem ?
I have the "New PM" button flashing, as well. There are a lot of older messages in my box, but no new ones.

Same here. never goes away.Ginger Blue wrote:I have the "New PM" button flashing, as well. There are a lot of older messages in my box, but no new ones.
Re: Flashing new message problem ?
To stop the flashing new pm, you have to go to your PMs then check the box "Mark All". After that select "Mark As Read". This has to be done for every page of your PMs not just the first page. Of course you can also delete all of your old PMs.
I think Forumotion made some recent changes to the way the PM system works. This has caused the flashing New PM problem even when you have no new PM. So I fixed mine by marking all my old PMs as being read as described in my first paragraph.
