Quarantine has canceled many seasonal events, but spending time in nature is still safe as long as we practice social distancing. As a way to spend some time outside, and to improve morale and increase food supply, Cornell University Cooperative Extension is encouraging people to plant their own vegetable gardens through their campaign, “Just Plant It, NY!”
