Potato Onions and Hard neck garlic
Planted 8 squares of garlic and do not have very many left. Would it make sense to save the left overs (just in case the ones I just planted don't survive)?
This year when I harvested the potato onions I had only a few large ones and lots of small ones. I have planted 8 squares - used both large and small. I have a whole bunch of small and mediums left and am wondering how to store them over the winter. I will be using some of them but the left overs I will plant in the spring (just in case the ones I just planted don't survive).
Also, can one plant them in a container and allow some of them to grow in a greenhouse/solarium?
