Lots of work there.  That will keep you fit.  Looks beautiful to my eyes.

Very nice!  How much did you pay for that pile and delivery?  I plan to mulch my beds this weekend, but may use cheap cypress mulch from Lowe's.

Is this what your paid assistant as fit as Jake Mace, the "Vegan Athlete"?  I love his garden videos.  Check out how he combined his workout with his chores after making his smoothie....

That's some amazing energy! He's only 34 and so passionate about growing his own food. I love that!

It should be YOU doing the work to keep you in good shape. Then you really win all ways.

I am lucky with my cedar hedge take down, as my helper is doing it for nothing and says he does it to keep fit.  I help him where I can so as to keep myself a bit more fit.

Good friend of mine saw a team taking down a storm damaged oak a few years ago.  tehy were sawing the big old tree and passing it through a giant shredder that dumped chips into a dump truck.  he walked down the street and asked them what they were doing with the chips.  They said they dump them at the land fill.  He asked if they would dump a load in his yard and they were more than happy to do so it saved them the trip and the charge to dump at the lad fill.  he missed the load that was mostly leaves and small stuff, but he got 2 dump trucks full of chips dumped in a pile at his place.  We sued these wonderful oak chips for mulch for 3 years.  The pile is lower now and beginning to compost I went over and we turned it and worked it and it is beautiful full of worms and breaking down nicely I have 7 5 gallon buckets of the stuff on the patio waiting to be incorporated in the garden boxes and such soon as the fall season starts.  If you ever see one of those chippers working close to you it dont hurt to ask.

I definitely plan to do that.  I may even call the tree trimming company that trimmed our West Indian Mahogany tree, to let them know that I'll be glad to take a load.
