Basically, I just wanted to get the info out there.  As a RN I see the inside part of the industry with the AMA, Food industry, and the pharmaceutical companies ( that fund the medical schools) who are in bed together. It not the Dr. fault, they are doing the best the can with what they've been taught. But Dr's like John McDougall and many others have broke out of the box and using the internet to get info out. I usually point people to hallelujah Acres Fall in love with food again where they can get 100's of free recipes that are child tested for taste and easy to make for anyone who would like to make that journey, partially or full blast-100%. This topic, just starts you thinking and looking closer at what we doing at home.
Gardeners like us have step out of the box at all different levels of involvement in growing our own food. This is the same with this topic.

And according to this doctor, no mayo! That IS tough.

there is so much information available now on how to substitute those items. I use veganaise grape seed mayo. non dairy, but super delicious.
