ok..I am not 100% sure what plant this is I am wanting to say bell pepper but its like 5ft tall the other problem is I didnt plant any bell pepper even in this bed so I am clueless..the only thing I planted on or around this is either eggplant or green beans and I am 99% sure its not either one but can be wrong.

The quality of the photo is not great but I can say with assurance the plant is not a pepper.

It looks like you have some fruit on the plant. Peppers can get huge in your zone. Could it be a hot pepper of some kind like a cayenne?

Having taken a second look at the photo, and one that actually loaded properly to my phone, I have to retract my previous statement. It may indeed be a pepper plant. Were you able to get a better photograph?

It's a volunteer? Our winters are mild and peppers can often overwinter outside. My healthiest tomato plant is a volunteer in a table top where I previously planted corn and beans. Go figure.

You could have a piquin, also called bird pepper. It's a very small pepper, very hot, and often eaten by birds. I have one in a pot, but it's only 3 feet right now and its growth is limited by the pot.
