Anyone know of any garden suppliers that don't overcharging on shipping or free shipping.

Freedom. That is an open ended question. What kind of supplies? Mel's Mix ingredients, worm castings, sea kelp, compost thermometers, winter or sun shade covers, irrigation supplies, etc.? What are you looking for?

Just about everything from seeds to what you listed above. I have been looking for PVC snap clamps right now
but I been pricing seeds,compost thermometers winter covers.
