Hello from Pa!
I just finished reading All New SFG! Great book with tons of great info. I have inadvertently used a variation of the sfg method in the past. Like Mel, it didn't make sense to make rows with limited space. I sort of cluttered everything in the area that I had... It has made for a mess! Weed city, which made me neglect my garden the last few years. I am five years into gardening and always have success but, it would only be with the veg I put most effort into that year. One year great corn - bad tomatoes, great beans - not much else, last year a jungle of tomatoes and beans but nothing else.
I needed help, and still do!! I will be asking many questions, mainly looking for suggestions. I can read the book, and have the understanding to help others, but I still have a mental block as to the how much of what and where! It drives me crazy!!! I am probably starting out too complicated, but I want to grow certain things!
Looking forward to suggestions and help,
Thanks, BJ

Re: Hello from Pa!
BJ, You have certainly come to the right spot. There area zillion topics that other members have addressed. Just look in the Search box in the upper left corner. And we love to help Newbies with their questions.
That said, Welcome to the Forum!
SFG works. Have you made the boxes? Mel's Mix? Let us know exactly where you are this season. At least you know what you want to grow, and that is a good start.
PS Weeds? Hardly any with SFG boxes.
