Here's the end of what was planted in April. It's just starting to go to seed. It's a little leathery now but not bitter.

Definitely a keeper. I like it better than Prizehead.

Now if only my Radiator Charlie's Mortgage Buster tomato plants had fruit-I think they would make a fine pair!

We planted DWFH this past spring. It continued to produce under the shade tree until last week. A little tart just before it was pulled, but, still eatable. Will replant seed as soon as the latest 100+ heat wave passes.

rofl You know I would if I could but I can't. It's just lettuce-but in a side by side test, I liked it better than Prizehead and Buttercrunch bibb.
