I did a search for gardening on the Weight Watchers website as I have found it is great exercise plus growing healthy food is always a plus. The second article I looked at mentioned SFG! I had never heard of SFG until 2 years ago when a distant friend mentioned it on facebook, and now I see it everywhere. Here is the article
