My first SFG
Finally planted today !
Carrots x 4 squares
Peas x 2 squares
Beets x 2 squares
Spring Onions, scallions, x 2
Spinach x 2
Lettuce x 2
4 squares for the tomatoes empty for now.
I ended up deviating from my original plan.... hey ho lol
I was going to start on bed number 2 but hubby went to work with the ingredients for mix still in the car !

Re: My first SFG
I'm no expert but I read in the Mother Earth News article "Carrots Love Tomatoes" that peas do not do well with onions. I have no experience as to the truth of this but thought you might want to check come articles on companion planting.

lol it is so confusing isnt it ?
I read to plant onions with tomatoes, never thought to check anything else. Oh well, we live and learn. I will take notes and maybe I will finally figure it out one day.
